Mandatory

Experience of 15+ years in the Banking and Financial Services domain in one of the five areas stated below

o Retail Banking

o Commercial Banking

o Digital banking

o Cards

o Payments

o Credit Bureaus

Proficiency in at least three of the of the below streams

o Managing distributed Agile projects

o Managing multi-year production support engagements with risk/reward clauses

o Conducting transitions for a multi-year AMS deal

o Significant pre-sales experience

o Managing VMO organizations

o Managing large fixed price or outcome based engagements

Should have managed at the minimum a 150 member distributed team

Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to have

Prior experience working with Infosys, TCS, CTS or HCL Tech

At least three years of work experience as a delivery manager in the US

A technology background in the J2EE stack

Experience managing engagements on the SMAC stack
