Camera system / IT support Technician

Bloomington, IN | Full-Time | $18-20/hr

Job Duties/Requirements Include:

Installation of sophisticated systems including Brivo, Exacq,Vision, AiPhone, & Honeywell

Develops and maintains B-Tech Fire & Security access/intrusion systems and field devices

Responsible for wiring termination and system programming

Maintains vendor/contractor relationships and ensures the quality of service provided

Good understanding of LAN and WAN, network switches, IP Address schemes and troubleshooting skills to diagnose network communication issues

Ability to read, understand and analyze architectural blueprints and electrical schematics

Performs advanced support functions

Communicate in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service

Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record

Minimum of high school diploma or GED

Favorable background check required

Work on other technical systems or projects as needed, such as, fire/life safety systems, CCTV and intercom systems

Physical Demands Include:

Finger/wrist dexterity & hand/eye coordination

Ability to work on a ladder

Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs and drive a vehicle

Safely and effectively use general hand and power tools

Effectively use a cell phone and cell phone app for work order processing
