Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to support a long-term Department of Defense program focused on Marine Corps enterprise IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity support. This position is on-site in Crane, Indiana. The Information Technology Specialist will provide advanced Tier III systems and network engineering support to maintain and optimize mission-critical IT environments. Join a team supporting national defense initiatives through 2028 while working with cutting-edge enterprise networking technologies. Responsibilities for the Information Technology Specialist include: * Perform advanced installation, integration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
* Design, implement, and oversee network and system upgrades while coordinating with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance and security requirements are met.
* Provide Tier III support for networking, storage, and enterprise IT systems, including complex issue resolution and performance optimization.
* Manage and troubleshoot IP networking services including DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
* Support the integration, sustainment, and recovery of enterprise, regional, and local IT systems to ensure continuous mission operations. Required Qualifications for the Information Technology Specialist include: * 7+ years of Information Technology experience supporting enterprise environments.
* Strong troubleshooting, systems integration, network engineering, and Tier III support experience.
* Active certifications including * Security+ (or equivalent IAT Level II certification)
* Cisco certification (CCNA or higher)
* Microsoft certification
* Active Secret Security Clearance required. Compensation for the Information Technology Specialist include: * Salary Range: $90,000-100,000 depending on experience
