What You'll Do
As our Clinical Research Coordinator, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research studies that support product innovation, scientific validation, and educational initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external research partners to ensure studies are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Your Impact
Lead Clinical Research Studies
  • Coordinate clinical research studies from startup through closeout
  • Assist with study design, protocol development, and implementation
  • Partner with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), investigators, laboratories, and academic institutions
  • Monitor study progress and proactively resolve issues that impact timelines or quality

Drive Project Success
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and study documentation
  • Coordinate activities across multiple departments and external partners
  • Track milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple research projects while balancing competing priorities

Support Study Participants
  • Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Ensure informed consent is completed according to ethical and regulatory standards
  • Maintain participant confidentiality and accurate study records

Manage Clinical Data
  • Oversee data collection, validation, and organization
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Perform quality reviews and assist with data analysis
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready study documentation

Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Maintain compliance with GCP, IRB requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Support protocol amendments, adverse event reporting, and regulatory submissions
  • Prepare for internal and external audits

Communicate Research Findings
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clinical studies
  • Prepare study updates, presentations, and research summaries
  • Present project progress to leadership and cross-functional teams

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research, Biological Sciences, Healthcare, Public Health, Nursing, or a related scientific field
  • Minimum one year of clinical research or clinical study coordination experience
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • AI acumen and the ability to leverage emerging technologies to improve efficiency
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Two or more years of clinical research experience
  • CCRC or CCRP certification
  • Experience working with CROs, IRBs, or regulated clinical environments
  • Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) or Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
  • Experience in the nutraceutical, supplement, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • Experience working in a growing, entrepreneurial company
  • Certified phlebotomist
  • Comfortable handling and processing human biologic specimens
