This role plays a key part in coordinating day-to-day execution, supporting client and internal relationships, and helping deliver bold, data-driven social content across campaigns and always-on programming.

- Support end-to-end program management for social media initiatives, from intake and briefing through execution and launch
- Partner with Client Services to support execution of brand priorities and maintain strong day-to-day client relationships
- Assist with coordination of Tier 1 social campaigns, including vehicle launches and key brand moments
- Support always-on organic social content, ensuring deliverables stay aligned to timelines and priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, media, and analytics
- Help maintain program plans, timelines, and documentation
- Track progress, dependencies, and potential risks, escalating when needed
- Support internal and client status meetings by capturing notes, actions, and next steps
- Contribute to operational best practices that support efficiency across social workflows
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project or program management experience, ideally within an agency or integrated marketing environment
- Experience supporting social media or digital campaigns across multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with social media content production and campaign workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Clear communicator who works well across teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Passion for social media, digital culture, and or automotive brands
