Job Description/Responsibilities
Build the engine that powers our tech delivery. Lead programs that move the business.
We're looking for a hands-on, outcomes-driven delivery leader to shape how our enterprise plans, builds, tests, and launches technology. You'll own our IT Delivery & Program Management practice and play a key role in our ERP transformation-driving clarity, alignment, and predictable execution across teams, partners, and releases.
What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery for key programs and initiatives, ensuring predictable scope, timeline, quality, and adoption.
  • Drive ERP transformation delivery-from discovery through cutover and hypercare.
  • Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and coordinate across architecture, product teams, security, infrastructure, and vendors.
  • Provide clear status, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs to business and IT leaders.
  • Manage budgets, vendor performance, and portfolio governance.
  • Build and evolve delivery standards, playbooks, operating rhythms, and reporting.
  • Use metrics to improve predictability, reduce rework, and strengthen cross-team handoffs.
  • Lead change and release readiness to ensure safe, successful deployments.

Qualifications/Requirements
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of tech delivery/program management leadership.
  • Proven success leading large, multi-workstream programs.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Experience with ERP implementations or major enterprise rollouts.
  • Strength in roadmapping, dependency management, RAID, and release planning across Agile/hybrid/waterfall.
  • Ability to lead and coach delivery talent; strong analytical and vendor-management skills.

Preferred: Master's, PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum/SAFe/ITIL/Lean.
