core responsibilities Strategic Fulfillment Programs Support Global Fulfillment strategic programs, with emphasis on capital planning, early-stage initiative development, and high-priority business needs across the fulfillment network. Partner with stakeholders to develop clear scope of work, project charters, workplans, assumptions, benefits, resourcing needs, risks, dependencies, and milestones. Coordinate capital planning and initiative inputs across cross-functional partners, helping connect business requirements, cost considerations, operational needs, and decision points.

Advance priority and time-sensitive initiatives by organizing workstreams, tracking progress, and helping move actions and deliverables to completion. Cross-Functional Coordination & Decision Support Partner across Global Fulfillment, Supply Chain Strategy, Finance, Operations, Technology, Product Management and third-party stakeholders as needed to align priorities, inputs, planning assumptions, and execution needs. Lead cross-functional working sessions and maintain clear documentation of key takeaways, decisions, actions, owners, risks, dependencies, and escalation needs.

Develop executive-ready materials, including program charters, strategy updates, decision briefs, roadmap summaries, portfolio planning inputs, governance updates, and business case support. Translate complex strategic, operational, and cross-functional information into clear narratives that support alignment, prioritization, and leadership decision-making. Program Operations & Enablement Build and maintain repeatable program management tools, trackers, templates, and documentation standards to support intake, planning, execution, reporting, and governance.

Maintain consolidated views of timelines, resources, workstreams, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, change requests, and intake needs as applicable. Support consistent operating rhythms through meeting preparation, agenda development, note capture, action tracking, follow-up coordination, and knowledge management. Improve program management practices across functions by refining processes, tools, standard operating procedures, and ways of working that improve delivery, consistency, and efficiency.

qualifications B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline. 7+ years of experience in program/project management, consulting, operations, strategic planning, supply chain, or a related field

Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous business needs into structured programs, plans, charters, and decision materials. Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with experience aligning stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Technology, regional teams, and other business partners. Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in consumer goods, apparel, retail, logistics, distribution, fulfillment, or broader supply chain environments. Familiarity with fulfillment network strategy, distribution center operations, automation, 3PL operations, inventory flow, or omnichannel fulfillment.

Experience supporting strategic roadmap development, portfolio planning, investment prioritization, enterprise funding, capital planning, or annual planning processes. compensation and benefits package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$112,000 - $147,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
