Identifiesproper anatomical orientation on all required images and assures proper identificationonall images. Practices radiation safety by applying AARA (As LowAsReasonably Achievable)principals. Desired Professional Skills and Experience Graduate of recognized, approved AMA Council of Education program in radiologic technology. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.).State certification by the Texas Medical Board (T.M.B.) Ability to deal efficiently and courteously with all clinical personnel and patients, and to establish effective working relationships. Adheres to all RadiologyPartners policies and procedures, including compliance, HIPAA, OSHA, licensing, and accreditation guidelines.
