Purpose of the Position: The Marketing Director oversees marketing and promotion that delivers a consistent company message while building the company's brand, resulting in an abundance of leads for One Step's products and services. They manage the marketing process from research and planning to execution and analysis. This is a collaborative marketing team and requires a hands-on approach.

The Marketing Director will: (1) Contribute to an ever-increasing number of leads for One Step products and services from all its target markets that can be passed to sales, (2) Create and maintain a return on marketing investment, and (3) Build and maintain a positive company public image.


Responsibilities:

  • Own annual marketing plan, strategy, and team
  • Identify and plan impactful marketing strategies and materials
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends
  • Learn about the various products and services offered by One Step and how they
  • Build, manage, and coach a high-performing marketing team
  • Oversee outsourced resources, including contract negotiation, and projects to ensure company standards and results
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Direct and support customer, brand, and product research collection, analysis, and
  • Establish and grow Target Market share
  • Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Administer marketing budget and expenditures with Sr. VP Sales & Marketing
  • Manage and drive marketing metrics and ROI
  • Maintain brand standards across all marketing and communications channels
  • Help create, develop, and maintain a positive company image
  • Obtain, maintain, organize, and ensure the use of excellent client testimonials
  • Build long term relationships with leadership, employees, clients, and prospective clients
  • Participate in Leadership to drive the company vision, purpose, core values and objectives
