Job Brief:

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious IT Intern to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment, working alongside our IT staff to deliver reliable technology solutions to internal stakeholders. You will be exposed to a broad range of IT functions — from end-user support and asset management to enterprise platform administration involving tools such as Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Okta. This internship offers a strong foundation for someone interested in IT seeking practical experience in a regulated, client-focused industry.


Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for common IT tickets such as software installations, password resets, and hardware issues.

- Assist with logging inventory to an asset management IT platform.

- Configure workstations for new hires and support the onboarding process.

- Creating documentation for internal and external processes as guided by our ITSM program.

- Support our end-user base during firm wide projects and deployments, primarily related to Intune, Entra, and Okta configurations.

Requirements:
