Job description

Overview:  
iTech AG is seeking a Technical Intern to support iTech AG’s marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, allowing the intern to contribute directly to the growth and success of iTech AG.
Responsibilities:
Building AI Tools & Solutions
  • Support the prototyping and testing of internal AI tools and agents (e.g., document summarizers, chat assistants, workflow automations), documenting functionality, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Draft, refine, and version prompt templates and tool configurations; execute structured test cases and log results to help improve output quality, consistency, and reliability
  • Compile, clean, and organize sample datasets and reference materials used to ground, demo, and evaluate AI solutions
AI Enablement & Training
  • Create how-to guides, quick-reference sheets, and short training materials that help iTech staff adopt approved AI tools confidently and safely
  • Help plan and facilitate internal AI demos, lunch-and-learns, and onboarding sessions, including preparing example use cases
  • Collect and synthesize employee feedback to identify adoption barriers, training needs, and high-value follow-up resources
Use-Case Discovery & Research
  • Research AI vendors, platforms, models, and emerging capabilities; produce concise comparison summaries and briefs to inform build-vs-buy and tooling decisions
  • Develop lightweight business cases for promising use cases, including estimated time savings, affected teams, and success metrics
  • Map current-state workflows and draft proposed future-state versions that show where AI could be introduced
  • Track outcomes of piloted use cases and summarize lessons learned to refine how future opportunities are evaluated and prioritized
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and federal/public-sector AI adoption to surface relevant ideas for the Foundry pipeline
Qualifications:
  • Current full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree (completion of freshman year is required)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
