Job description

Hendrickson is searching for an IT Intern for the Summer of 2027 at our Truck Divisional Headquarters in Woodridge, IL.
This individual will:
  • Provide end-user support and training for computer systems and network-based software applications.
  • Maintain end user system replacement lifecycle. Maintain accurate inventory records to facilitate replacements according to established schedules.
  • Create, Maintain and Deploy system images.
  • Install and support hardware such as PCs, various printers, and storage peripherals.
  • Troubleshoots user hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ensure that workstation configuration complies with established policies, standards, licensing agreements, and configuration guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in an Information Technology related field.
  • Minimum GPA requirement 3.0/4.0.
  • Ability to interface with customers and provide group and / or one-on-one support and training.
  • Ability to work within a Team environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must exhibit the highest professionalism, self-initiative, enthusiasm, and work ethic.
