  • Build and deliver artificial intelligence (AI) governance training and awareness materials for technical and non-technical stakeholders across the enterprise

  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, cybersecurity, and business partners to integrate governance requirements into artificial intelligence (AI) program delivery processes

  • Contribute to the development of enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) governance metrics, key performance indicators (KPI), and executive reporting on program maturity and risk posture

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with technical concepts related to AI/ML systems without necessarily being a model developer

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or national security environments with familiarity with DoD acquisition, program oversight, or compliance processes

  • Experience with AI technologies: machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic systems at a conceptual and applied level

  • Experience with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, DoD AI Ethics Principles, EU AI Act, or equivalent governance frameworks
