Title - Principal- Product Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA

**This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Atlanta office up to 5 days a week.**
We seek a dynamic and experienced Principal in the digital product space with a strong business and/or technology consulting background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex engagements, demonstrating expertise in product and advisory capacities. The Principal will be responsible for fostering trusted relationships with clients and team members, ensuring project outcomes, and driving growth in both internal and external networks.

What You'll Do
  • Delivery and Engagement Leadership
  • Lead and manage complex product delivery engagements, demonstrating a deep understanding of business and technology consulting principles, and ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom's delivery standards.
  • Take ownership of product and project outcomes, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and delivery across the product lifecycle from strategy development through execution.

People Management
  • Lead and inspire high-performing Slalom teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Coach and mentor team members in the areas of product expertise, consulting and business management principles.

Client and Team Relationships
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and creating and delivering strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to achieve project objectives and desired outcomes.

Operational Management
  • Support the capability operational health including maximizing staffability, capability financial health, and people processes.
  • Execute on best practices to optimize internal processes and drive operational excellence.

Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the digital product space, with a focus on business and/or technology consulting.

Leadership Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Deep knowledge of digital product strategy, development and advisory services.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $122,000 - $168,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
