Location- Rockford, IL

Shift- Days (4x9s) + Call

Guaranteed Hours- 36 hrs/week

Contract Length- 13 Weeks


Pay Package:

Weekly Gross: $3,406

W2 Rate /Hr: $60

Weekly Stipend: $1,246

  • 13 Hours Paid sick Leave

Job Description:

Required Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, ACLS

  • Minimum 3 years Cath Lab experience required
  • Cath Lab + Neuro experience required
  • Must scrub/circulate high-risk coronary and STEMI cases
  • Must be willing to learn neuro interventional circulating/monitoring for call
  • Scrub, monitor, and circulate responsibilities
  • EPIC/McKesson experience
  • Call required; 4 weekend call rotations during assignment
  • 30-minute call response time
  • May float to EP/IR
  • Scrubs provided
  • Active IL license or application initiated required
  • 12-hour call-off allowance per 13 weeks
