Job description

Manufacturing Plant in Niagara Falls that specializes in production of refractory materials is looking for 3 industrial cleaners to join their team!

1st shift - 7am-3:30pm (2nd & 3rd shifts available)

Pay starts at $19.49/hr

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous manufacturing or industrial cleaning experience referred but not required
  • Must be comfortable performing hands on labor throughout the shift
  • Must be able to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time, etc.
  • High school diploma or GED required

JOB DUTIES:

  • Perform various cleaning duties through out the plant, including cleaning and shoveling overspilled material, washing down production equipment, maintaining a clean and safe production area and clearing internal walking areas of debris
  • Paint, maintain and perform minor repairs to structures and equipment
  • Use hand and power tools
  • Discard scrap material in the proper manner
  • Any other general labor duties as needed
