Associate Dentist – Mor SmilesLititz, PA | Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | $5,000–$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | High-Income Growth Opportunity

Mor Smiles is seeking an experienced, motivated, growth-oriented Associate Dentist to join our high-performing, owner-operated private practice in the heart of Lititz, Pennsylvania.
This is not a typical associate position.
We are looking for a dentist who wants to produce at a high level, continue advancing clinically, and significantly grow their income while practicing in an environment that provides the systems, technology, mentorship, team support, and patient base needed to succeed.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Mor Smiles combines the culture and autonomy of private practice with the training, technology, systems, and operational support typically associated with a sophisticated group practice.
We are 100% dentist-owned and operated — not corporate or private equity.

Our goal is to create an environment where talented dentists can focus on providing exceptional care while continuing to develop their clinical skills and build a highly successful career.
The practice is highly systemized and designed to support strong doctor production, efficient workflows, comprehensive treatment planning, and an exceptional patient experience.
We continually invest in advanced technology, team development, and clinical training, including modern digital dentistry and AI-assisted radiographic review.
Exceptional Income Potential
This position offers significant earning potential for a motivated dentist.

Our current associate produced approximately $90,000 in his first month after joining the practice, demonstrating the opportunity available when a motivated doctor combines a strong patient base with the systems and support we provide.
This is not a low-volume or slow-growth associate position.

You will be stepping into:
  • An established and active patient base
  • Strong new-patient flow
  • Excellent demographics
  • Comprehensive treatment opportunities
  • A highly trained support team
  • Systems designed to help doctors diagnose, treatment plan, and produce efficiently
Compensation is production-based with substantial upside for a high-performing provider.

Grow Beyond Routine General Dentistry
We are particularly interested in dentists who already have experience with — or want to continue developing skills in — more advanced dentistry.
Depending on your experience and interests, opportunities may include:
  • Implant dentistry
  • Surgical extractions
  • Bone grafting
  • Comprehensive restorative dentistry
  • Full-mouth rehabilitation
  • Complex treatment planning
  • Advanced digital dentistry
You will have the opportunity for clinical mentorship and support from an experienced owner-doctor, allowing you to expand your skill set while continuing to build confidence with more complex cases.
Why Lititz?
Mor Smiles is located in central Lititz, one of the most desirable communities in Lancaster County.
The practice serves a strong demographic area with a professional, established patient base and excellent opportunities for comprehensive dentistry and long-term patient relationships.
What We Offer
  • $5,000–$10,000 sign-on bonus, based on experience and commitment
  • 4-day work week

  • High earning potential with production-based compensation

  • Established patient base with strong treatment opportunities
  • Excellent patient demographics
  • Clinical mentorship from an experienced owner-doctor
  • Opportunity to perform and learn advanced procedures
  • Ongoing doctor training and continuing professional development
  • Highly trained and experienced support team
  • Modern digital dentistry and advanced technology
  • AI-assisted radiographic review
  • Efficient, highly systemized workflows
  • Strong operational and administrative support
  • Positive, growth-oriented team culture
  • Private-practice environment without corporate dentistry bureaucracy
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure
  • 2–3+ years of clinical experience preferred

  • Strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry
  • Comfortable diagnosing and presenting comprehensive treatment
  • Implant, bone grafting, surgical, or advanced restorative experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent clinical judgment
  • Motivated to continue learning and improving clinically
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Desire to grow professionally and financially
Who Will Thrive Here?
This position is ideal for a dentist who doesn't simply want to show up, do dentistry, and collect a paycheck.

We are looking for someone who wants to become an exceptional clinician, develop advanced skills, build meaningful patient relationships, and maximize their professional and financial potential.
If you are a motivated dentist looking for a modern private practice with strong systems, exceptional demographics, advanced clinical opportunities, mentorship, and the ability to produce at a high level, we would love to speak with you.
Apply today to learn more about Mor Smiles and the opportunity to join our team.
