Job description

The Associate Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist assists in performing advanced diagnostic and invasive procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Under the supervision of leadership and the care team, the Associate Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist monitors patient conditions, ensures equipment readiness, and assists in patient positioning, while adhering to safety and sterile protocols in the cardiac catheterization lab. This role is an entry-level position with a focus on gaining hands-on experience in the cardiovascular specialty.

Position Details:

Position Description: Associate Cardiovascular (SPT)

Location: On-Site
Type: Full Time - Days

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00a-5:30pm (10-hour shifts)

On Call: Not required.

$10,000 Sign on Bonus Incentive included!

Position will include Inpatient Differential!!

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours or completion of RCIS training certification
  • Experience: no experience required.
  • Certification: ARRT (R) or RCIS; Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

Cardiovascular Special Proc Technologist:

  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience.

  • Certification: ARRT (R) or RCIS; Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

Senior Cardiovascular Special Proc Technologist:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours or completion of RCIS training certification.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Certification: ARRT (R) and one advanced registry (CI or VI) or RCIS or ARRT (R) and 5 years relevant experience; Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
