Job description

Position Summary

You will serve as a trusted technical resource for our clients, providing onsite and remote support, implementing technology solutions, and helping clients maximize the value of their IT investments. This role requires strong customer service skills, technical expertise and the ability to work independently in client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients.
  • Deliver exceptional onsite and remote IT support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, cloud services, and security platforms.
  • Deploy and configure workstations, mobile devices, and business applications.
  • Perform user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration.
  • Assist with infrastructure, cloud, security, and modernization projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and client environments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, security, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or MSP experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, and Active Directory.
  • Experience supporting network infrastructure, VPNs, wireless, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across various client environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure, Microsoft Defender, Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, or Fortinet.
  • Scripting and automation experience.
  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or Security+.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel regularly to client locations in the region.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Participation in an on call rotation.
