Supervisor/Reports To: Charles Cable
Support the coordination and execution of campus events by assisting with IT and A/V setup and troubleshooting.
Work closely with IT staff and event organizers to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies
- Assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of A/V and IT equipment for campus events - C, TW, P, T
- Monitor and support A/V equipment during live events (e.g., microphones, projectors, sound systems, accessories) - C, TW, P, T
- Provide on-site assistance during events, including basic troubleshooting and tech support - C, TW, CT, P, T
- Communicate with event staff, faculty, and IT supervisors to ensure needs are met - C, TW, P
- Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and proper storage - C, P, T
- Uphold safety standards and follow proper procedures for equipment handling - P, T
- Represent the university professionally while engaging with event guests and participants - P, C, TW

Education Requirements: Must be a current UPIKE student in good standing.
