Job description

Consolidated Turbine Specialists, LLC (CTS), a Kratos' company, is looking for a Teardown & Clean Production Technician to work onsite at their Bristow, OK facility.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Performs functions associated with production operations performed in a clean-room manufacturing environment. Sets up, calibrates and carries out preventative maintenance tasks on equipment. Collects and evaluates operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization. Uses sophisticated programs to track and control components through the production process. May coach or train other lower level technicians, to develop teamwork, leadership and technical skills. Works with engineering in conducting tests and experiments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Supports clean room manufacturing operations by setting up, calibrating, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Collects, analyzes, and adjusts operating data to ensure real time process optimization.
• Utilizes advanced software tools to track and control components throughout the production cycle.
• Coaches and trains junior technicians to build teamwork, leadership, and technical skills.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to conduct tests and experiments.
• Operates frequently within a self-directed work team environment.
• Ensures that any employees performing equipment maintenance in clean room areas are reported to Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Ability to read, write and speak proficient English.
• Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties, including computer skills.
• Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.

• Ability to maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities as it pertains to your job.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Manufacturing/Shop Floor/Shared Workbench environment.
• Work Schedule: 4/10 shift.
• Ability to work in hot temperature environment.
• Ability to tolerate constant noise, such as, machine motors and large fans.
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time, and occasional walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, etc.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
