Job description

Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon 

 Join a growing Sports Medicine Orthopedic program in beautiful Southern Oregon. Enjoy a balanced schedule, shared call, and strong clinical support—all in a collegial, patient‑focused environment at a modern, 125‑bed hospital known for teamwork, physician input, and high‑quality care across a close‑knit community. 

 Compensation 

  • Competitive compensation package including starting guarantee for years 1 & 2, annual quality incentives and $100k signing bonus. Total earnings potential $750k+.   
  • Relocation Assistance 
  • CME Allowance 

 Position Qualifications 

Education  

  • Fellowship training in Total Joint Replacement/Adult Reconstruction  
  • Graduate from an approved ACGME-accredited residency program 

 Certification/Licensure  

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery 
  • Current unrestricted MD/DO license 
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association 
  • Must obtain and maintain staff membership and appropriate privileges 
  • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs 
  • Must meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
