Upper Lakes Foods is the largest independent, wholesale food distributor in Minnesota. The company has three facilities located in Cloquet, MN, Northfield, MN and Janesville, WI. We distribute food throughout the Upper Midwest. Upper Lakes Foods specializes in serving foodservice operators such as independent restaurants, assisted living facilities, schools, and national and regional foodservice chain accounts with a strong focus on customer service. As a Class A Teams Regional Delivery Driver at Upper Lakes Foods, your primary role is to navigate the open road in a tractor-trailer, ensuring timely delivery of an exciting variety of products, including meat, produce, frozen foods, and dry goods. You'll skillfully unload these goods at customer sites using a two-wheeler on metal truck ramps, all while providing top-tier customer service that keeps our clients smiling. Your routes will take you through vibrant locations such as Fargo, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Sioux Falls, and Waterloo, offering the chance to explore new places. Expect routes to last between 10 to 20 hours, with the bonus of returning home daily alongside another CDL Driver.

To thrive as a Class A Teams Regional Delivery Driver at Upper Lakes Foods, you’ll need a solid foundation of skills and qualifications. A valid Class A CDL is a must, along with at least one year of driving experience to ensure you’re comfortable on the road. While a High School Diploma or GED is preferred, it’s your hands-on experience and problem-solving abilities that will set you apart. You'll also benefit from being familiar with delivery software or tools to enhance efficiency during your routes.
