Remote Customer Service Representative - Full-Time or Part-Time
TeamHealth National Patient Service Center Work From Home
$750 Sign-On Bonus + Quarterly Incentives
Are you a motivated communicator with a passion for helping others? The TeamHealth National Patient Service Center is seeking Customer Service Representatives for full-time or part-time roles. This position begins with paid, remote or on-site training at our Knoxville, TN location, which you can choose to work 100% remotely or from our office.
In this role, you'll assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries, delivering compassionate and professional service that truly makes a difference.
Position Highlights:
  • $750 Sign-On Bonus + Quarterly Performance Incentives
  • 4-week paid remote
  • Training hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday
  • Work from home
