Job description

Position: Experienced Reach & Cherry Picker Operator

Location: Fife, WA

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $20/hour

Experience:

  • 6 months of cherry picker experience.
  • 6+ months of reach truck experience.
  • 3 years of warehouse experience.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (No overtime)


Logic Staffing is seeking an Experienced Reach & Cherry Picker Operator to join our team!


Job Description:

  • Safely load and unload trucks while following all safety procedures.
  • Pick customer orders using an order picker or reach forklift.
  • Receive, verify, and put away materials accurately.
  • Maintain clean and organized aisles, counters, and common areas.
  • Track discrepancies, assist with cycle counts, and support inventories.
  • Assist with deliveries or pickups as needed.
  • Support overall warehouse operations and additional tasks as assigned.


Position Requirements:

  • 6 months of cherry picker experience.
  • 6+ months of reach truck experience.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours a day.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Coachable with a strong work ethic and high standards.
