Salary: $46,000-$70,000/Yr. - depending on education and experience, Full-Time
St. Joseph Catholic School is seeking a full-time certified elementary-level teacher. The ideal candidate will use current, research-based instructional strategies to plan, teach, assess, and monitor student progress, using data to guide decisions that improve academic outcomes for all learners. The teacher will maintain high academic expectations, employ culturally responsive practices, and create a welcoming, safe, and nurturing classroom environment aligned with Gospel values. Applicants must hold a valid Washington State K 8 (or equivalent) teaching credential, be willing to teach and model the tenets of the Catholic faith, and follow all Diocese of Yakima and school policies. The successful candidate will demonstrate servant leadership, strong communication and collaboration skills, proficiency with educational technology, effective classroom management, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset while working closely with students, families, and colleagues to foster faith, excellence, and service.
