Job description

The White Hall School District is seeking a In School Suspension Facilitator for the White Hall High School for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
Qualifications:

  1. Must have a paraprofessional certificate from passing the Praxis or must have 60 hours or more of college credit.
  2. Must pass an Arkansas State Police background check, and a FBI and DHS background check.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Under the general supervision of the School Principal.
  • Supervise students assigned to in-school suspension (ISS) for disciplinary reasons.
  • Effectively supervise students and manages student behavior.
  • Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
  • Work under the general supervision of the principal and direction of certified teacher on a daily basis.
  • Work with certified teachers and campus administrators to created and maintain an orderly and highly structured classroom environment.
  • Work with individual students to complete assignments given by classroom teacher.
  • Consult classroom teachers regarding student assignments.
  • Maintain individual files of completed student assignments and return to classroom teachers.
  • Additional duties assigned by the building principal.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Salary is based on the district classified salary schedule.
