About This Role

The Teacher Assistant supports the teaching team in delivering high-quality early childhood education by creating a nurturing environment, engaging in activities, and facilitating parent-teacher communication. S/he observes and documents children's progress, communicates with parents and staff, and assists in implementing developmentally appropriate activities tailored to meet the needs of each child.
