Job description

An Educational Teacher in our LCACC 2, LLC facility is responsible for creating and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for young children. They focus on fostering early development in key areas such as social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills. The teacher encourages creativity, communication, and problem-solving, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. They observe and assess children's progress, provide individual attention as needed, and communicate with parents about their child's development. Additionally, they help in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the daycare setting.

A Teacher Aide at LCACC 2, LLC assists the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children. They help supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap time, provide support during learning activities, and assist with basic classroom tasks such as setting up materials and cleaning. The Teacher Aide also helps monitor children's behavior, support their social and emotional development, and ensure their overall well-being throughout the day.
