The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a caring and energetic Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Working with children who are preparing for preschool, you'll help foster independence, communication, and confidence through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding young learners as they transition from toddlerhood into a structured classroom environment while making learning fun every day.
What You'll Do
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for Prepper-aged children
  • Lead age-appropriate activities that encourage language, early literacy, creativity, and problem-solving
  • Help children develop self-help skills, confidence, and independence
  • Support daily routines, transitions, meals, and outdoor play
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

Qualifications
