Tea Guides may also educate customers on tea etiquette, health benefits, and proper storage methods, ensuring a rich and informative tea experience.

What are some common challenges faced by Tea Guides when educating customers about different tea varieties?

Additionally, Tea Guides are expected to stay informed about a wide range of products and flavor profiles, and to provide engaging tastings or demonstrations. Collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized environment is also key to ensuring a positive customer experience.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Tea Guide, and why are they important?
