Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Execution / Engineering Design

ยท Assist in preparing engineering studies (e.g., load flow, short circuit, arc flash) using software like SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower.

ยท Support the development and revision of single-line diagrams and schematics.

ยท Contribute to CAD-based drawing updates under engineer supervision.

2. Field Support / Site Coordination

ยท Participate in field walkdowns and collect system data for analysis.

ยท Provide basic support during testing or troubleshooting tasks.

ยท Ensure accurate documentation of field findings.

3. Project Support & Collaboration

ยท Assist in coordinating engineering deliverables with internal teams.

ยท Support project documentation, scheduling, and status updates.

ยท Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, and Technicians.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

ยท Learn and apply relevant industry codes and safety standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E).

Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Attributes):

ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering

ยท 0โ€“2 years of electrical engineering-related experience

ยท Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SKM Power Tools (or similar power systems analysis software such as ETAP or EasyPower)

ยท Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

ยท Ability to apply theoretical knowledge from formal education to practical engineering problems.

ยท Assignments require analysis, interpretation, and adaptation of standard engineering techniques and procedures

ยท Valid driverโ€™s license

Preferred Qualifications:

ยท Passed or currently registered for the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam

ยท Holds an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern (EI) certification, or eligible to obtain within 12 months

ยท Internship or co-op experience under the supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

ยท Demonstrated interest in pursuing PE licensure in the future
