Job Description

We are seeking licensed TDLR Journeyman Electricians to support the construction of a major data center project in Claude, TX. This is a long-term opportunity with 60 hours per week available on a 3-year project. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems within a high-demand mission-critical facility.

Electricians will work alongside project supervisors, engineers, and other skilled trades to install conduit systems, pull and terminate conductors, and support the buildout of electrical infrastructure required for data center operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, experienced in industrial or mission-critical environments, and comfortable working on large-scale construction projects with strict quality standards.

This role offers stable long-term work and the opportunity to be part of a team building essential infrastructure that supports modern technology and cloud computing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install electrical systems and components according to project plans and NEC standards.

  • Run and install rigid conduit, EMT, and cable tray systems.

  • Pull, terminate, and test electrical wiring and equipment.

  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings.

  • Install panels, transformers, switchgear, and other electrical distribution equipment.

  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures.

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues during installation and commissioning phases.

  • Coordinate work with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on site.

  • Maintain organized work areas and ensure quality workmanship at all times.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Active TDLR Journeyman Electrician License.

  • Strong experience running rigid conduit and other conduit systems.

  • Experience working on industrial or commercial electrical construction projects.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety standards.

  • Ability to work 60 hours per week in an active construction environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.

  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous data center or mission-critical facility experience.

  • Experience installing large electrical distribution systems or switchgear.

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
