Facility Site Lead / Facilities Maintenance Candidate - West Palm Beach, Florida

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facility Site Lead / Facilities Maintenance candidate to support a corporate customer located in the WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA area. Ideal candidates will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to assess and complete basic repairs, and provide guidance and oversight to the dedicated facilities team. Qualified candidates will have commercial maintenance experience,including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills. If you enjoy supporting a dedicated customer facing team, this role could be a perfect fit for you. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm. Ability to be on call for emergency repairs as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support day-to-day repairs in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems as required
  • Experience with HVAC is a plus
  • Ability to manage light carpentry duties including painting, patching, drywall, man door repairs, etc.
  • Oversee staff, assuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.
  • Support fire systems / life fire safety compliance
  • Support training of staff members on floor care (strip and wax, carpet cleaning, etc.)
  • Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
  • Maintain site supplies inventory
  • Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
  • Manage work orders within a work order management system
  • Manage bid for services
  • Work with leadership to maintain the facility within approved budgets
  • Escalate critical tasks for added support when needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in Commercial Facilities maintenance and support
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Strong leadership, with servant leadership mindset
  • Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues
  • Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of persons
  • Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred (to support effective communication with employees, customers, vendors, and service partners)
