Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and lead reliability strategy for micro services across Azure environments.
- Establish SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, observability standards, and operational governance.
- Lead major incidents, postmortems, and systemic reliability improvement programs.
- Drive capacity planning, resiliency design, automation, and production readiness reviews.
- Partner with Microsoft engineering, Azure, security, compliance, and leadership stakeholders.
- Coach SRE teams on scalable operations, risk management, and continuous reliability improvement.
