Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 5+ years total IT / IAM experience
• 2+ years hands-on IGA implementation (SailPoint IdentityIQ or ISC)
• 2+ years on SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) in production enterprise environments
• Experience with JDBC, Web Service, and flat-file connectors
• Experience supporting Oracle Identity Manager (OIM/OIG) environments.
• Hands-on production support experience with SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow).
• Understanding of user provisioning, reconciliation, and identity lifecycles
Roles & Responsibilities
• Fix production errors, rule failures, and provisioning issues in OIM and SailPoint ISC.
• Identity Management: Maintain connectors, provisioning rules, and identity data flows.
• Application Offboarding: Safely disconnect and offboard target applications from Oracle Identity Manager, revoking related access policies, entitlements, and connector configurations.
• Bulk Operations & Fixes: Execute mass user data updates, account modifications, and error remediations across target systems.
• API Integration & Scripting: Leverage OIM Java/REST APIs (UserManager, RoleManager, OIMService) to automate fixes, data reconciliation, and bulk status changes.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve L2/L3 production incidents, analyze diagnostic logs, and patch provisioning failures.
