Work Environment

You will be working in an onsite outpatient office setting, where you will collaborate with a team of healthcare practitioners committed to delivering exceptional care. The work schedule offers flexibility, with hours ranging from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and assessments to fully understand each patient's unique health concerns, medical history, and personal treatment goals.
• Originating individualized treatment plans that may incorporate acupuncture, herbal remedies, cupping, and other modalities aligned with TCM, specifically tailored to each patient's needs.
• Carry out acupuncture treatments by effectively performing needle insertions and adjustments to stimulate healing, reduce pain, and enhance physical and emotional wellness.
• Offer dietary and lifestyle recommendations designed to support the holistic well-being of patients, enhancing the efficacy of the treatments offered.
• Coordinate with fellow healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists, to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records thoroughly documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to track each individual’s journey and ensure consistent care.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of hands-on experience is required, candidates with additional experience in acupuncture specialties, such as pain management, stress reduction, or fertility support, will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters and treatment plans is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60 to 80 per hour, commensurate with experience and expertise, in addition to commission opportunities based on performance.
