• Review and respond to department emails regarding excise and motor fuel

 tax issues and billing issues
• Review and request backouts to credit and rebill on disputing invoices
• Contact customers to inquiry about the taxability
• Contact customers to request excise and sales tax exemption certificates
• Review and verify provided excise and sales tax exemption certificates
• Review and assist Credit to setup customer accounts
• Assist Sales Representatives on requested fuel products
• Review and remove blocked orders for deliveries and/or for billings
• Perform and verify Diesel Permits on customer accounts
• Review and assist customer applications and inquiries
