ATC Income Tax is now hiring full and part-time Managers and Tax Preparers
(Seasonal Position - no experience needed)
ATTN: If hired, you will be required to attend a 1-week, mandatory training the entire week of December 9.
Training will be held at our Marietta or Decatur locations (socially distanced, and via Zoom)
Position Start Date: The seasonal position starts Monday, December 15, 2025
THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION. Employment from Mid-December thru April.
Fresh, fun tax preparation office looking for 20+ qualified Managers and Tax Preparers for busy tax preparation locations! No tax experience necessary, will train!
Positions available inMarietta, Lithonia, Decatur, Conyers
Responsibilities include:
Provide excellent customer service
Build client rapport
Market tax preparation services to surrounding businesses and community
Assist in managing retail tax preparation operations
Tax return preparation (no experience needed, will train)
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Overall office efficiency
Maintaining, organizing and tracking office files
Ensure customer concerns are handled in a timely and professional
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous inside or outside sales experience is a must - 1 year minimum
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience is a must
Detailed oriented
Well organized
Self motivated
Reliable and punctual
Good computer skills
Outstanding phone etiquette
Proper grammar usage in oral and written correspondence
Ability to multi-task
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Store hours are 9am - 8pm Monday thru Saturday, POSSIBLE SUNDAYS
You will work approximately 30 -40 hours per week.
