Managing this busy period effectively requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and clear communication with clients and team members. Utilizing tax preparation software, setting realistic client expectations, and working collaboratively with colleagues can help balance the demands. Many firms also offer support, such as flexible hours or additional resources, to help professionals navigate this challenging period successfully.
