The Opportunity
As a Specialized Tax Services - Energy Incentives & Credits Director, you will focus on providing tax advice and solutions to clients in complex and niche areas of taxation, including accounting methods, fixed-assets, and research and development tax credits. Within our Tax practice, you will play a pivotal role in guiding businesses through intricate tax regulations and optimizing their tax positions. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success.
In this role, you will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strength to maximize client satisfaction. You will drive thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures, and promote technological advances, creating an environment where people and technology thrive together. What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
