ABOUT THE ROLE

Status: Part-Time
Compensation: $18.00-$19.00 + Commission(s)*
Position Summary:
The Kith Customer Experience Associate operates as the customer's concierge throughout their in-store experience. They specialize in all areas of the store's operations to ensure they can provide best-in-class service to all customers and clients. The Customer Experience Associate wears multiple hats and is the ultimate team player. Whether it is greeting customers, being an efficient cashier, or supporting the operations & visuals teams, they are ready to support the business' needs across all departments. Working under the direction of the Manager on duty, the Customer Experience Associate adjusts and adapts quickly as the needs of the business change. Through effective communication, they are ready to contribute to the customer's experience from beginning to end.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with the Management team for overall responsibilities and directions on projects and tasks.
  • Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers.
  • Support the Client Advisors to ensure clients are receiving genuine and efficient service both during and after their store experience.
  • Under the direction of the Management team, efficiently complete cashier responsibilities including but not limited to, cash handling, processing returns and Mobile POS transactions.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service at the registers.
  • Partner with the Management team to execute action plans in the most efficient way possible.
  • Display expertise and familiarity of product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store/company strategies.
  • Efficiently complete assigned tasks and responsibilities during each shift, that can be scheduled before, during and after the store's hours of operations.
  • Assist in completion and accuracy of any/all operational tasks, as business needs.
  • Support sales floor replenishment, stockroom organization and the upkeep of visual standards, before, after and during the store's hours of operations.
  • Partner with Management and Visual teams to maintain a visually appealing sales floor and ensure the brand's visual standards are always met.
  • Properly communicate sell-through, to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures, including but not limited to availability & scheduling needs of the business.
  • Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.

Special Projects/Tasks:
  • Aid during any Visual initiatives, as needed.
  • Efficiently aid in the execution of any cycle counts, physical inventories or other inventory management task(s) as required by the business.

REQUIREMENTS
Availability:
  • Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as holidays.
  • Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business' needs require.

Experience:
  • 1+ year(s) experience in a retail sales position.
  • 1+ year(s) in customer service roles, preferred but not required.
  • 1+ year(s) in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods, preferred but not required.

Skills/Abilities:
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and move 25lbs.
  • Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
