About the program
Struction Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-OwnedSmall Business leading a team supporting the U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant MerlinGerman Wounded Warrior Call Center Outreach and Resource Support Services. Thisprogram supports wounded, ill, and injured Marines, Sailors attached orformerly attached to Marine units, veterans, and their family members throughcall center operations, outreach, resource referral, and non-medical casemanagement. Positions are contingent upon contract award and final customerapproval.
Position summary
The Satellite Contact Center Task Lead serves as thesingle point of contact for technical oversight, administration, staffingcoordination, and Government interface support at the Camp Lejeune or CampPendleton satellite Contact Center. The role supports on-site/face-to-faceengagement while ensuring Contact Center calls, outreach, and documentationremain coordinated with the central WWCC.
Key responsibilities
โ€ข Serve as local single point of contact forassigned satellite Contact Center activities.
โ€ข Coordinate CCR and NMCM support foractive-duty/Battalion operations and IDES-related engagement.
โ€ข Participate in anticipated weekly meetings withRSMs, Battalion staff, family/other individuals, and battle rhythm meetings.
โ€ข Ensure calls forward to WWCC duringnon-operational hours.
โ€ข Monitor documentation discipline and escalatestaffing, performance, or Government interface issues to the PM/APM.
โ€ข Support local onboarding, access, training, andproperty/workspace accountability as applicable.
Minimum qualifications
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent required;associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
โ€ข At least three years of military support,contact center, case management, site coordination, operations, or customerservice experience.
โ€ข At least one year of team lead, sitecoordination, supervisory, or Government stakeholder coordination experience.
โ€ข Ability to work locally near the assignedinstallation and attend face-to-face meetings as required.
โ€ข U.S. work authorization required; U.S.citizenship may be required for Government system access.
โ€ข Ability to complete background/securityprocessing and obtain/maintain CAC/MCEN access as required.
โ€ข Ability to complete Privacy Act, HIPAA,information security, and program-specific training.
โ€ข Strong written documentation skills; allcontacts and actions must be accurately documented in Government systems suchas MCWIITS.
โ€ข Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism,mandatory reporting requirements, and respect for Marine Corps culture.
Preferred qualifications
โ€ข Marine Corps, DoD, military family readiness,IDES, wounded warrior, veteran transition, or installation support experience.
โ€ข Experience coordinating meetings with Governmentstaff, families, service members, or multidisciplinary teams.
โ€ข Knowledge of MCWIITS, SharePoint, Microsoft 365,CRM systems, or Government case management systems.
