We are seeking a focused, independent, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative support. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a task-oriented environment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in executing behind-the-scenes operations seamlessly.


What You'll Do:

  • Financial Tracking: Reconcile employee purchases to ensure everything adds up perfectly.
  • Asset & Fleet Management: Track and manage inventory of uniforms, supplies and company vans.
  • Logistics & Errands: Run local errands, pick-ups, and drop-offs efficiently (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Workspace Curation: Keep our office looking professional and welcoming.
  • Executive Support: Be the go-to person for keeping things organized and efficient!
