This role centers around supporting patients who are navigating complex emotional experiences related to terminal illnesses. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapy methods complemented by a strong foundation in psychosocial theory and practice.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse patient populations and effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work, particularly in hospice or palliative care settings, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated understanding of hospice philosophy and clinical assessment skills in dealing with patients facing end-of-life issues.
