Job Description

The Client Manager at NIQ is an experienced Industry Insights expert with the main goal to delight clients; supporting them for informed business decisions through delivery of analysis and insights on industries, markets and consumers using NIQ data with the NIQ tools,following the NIQ standards. Also responsible for strong execution of the Service Model as well as guiding and coaching more junior members. 

Responsibilities 

  • Work as a master of propriety NIQtools and metrics, and use these to help solve clients' business questions.
  • Insights Teams and Account Development to transform customer experience. 
  • During briefing sessions, independently respond to field business questions and develop analytical outlinesthat leverage multiple NIQ solutions into a cohesivestory.  
  • Simplify/visualize data and translate numbers into a compelling story for clientswith insightful callouts and actionablerecommendations.  
  • Prepare and present insights/recommendations as per Academy Silver graduate level; i.e. always using SCQA and AP efficiently. 
  • Drive customer satisfaction through analyses and delivery of relevant and impactful insights 
  • Lead generation:Identifyrevenue leads in an independent way and takeownershipin partnering with AD to convert these intorevenue opportunities.  
  • Execute strongly based on the service model.
  • Take initiative to remove roadblocks when theyarise.  
  • Lead by example, guide and coach juniormembers. 
  • Champion an initiative within business unit and provide guidanceto peers in that specific area, also accountable for delivering as per the KPI on this area. 
  • Lead Thought Leadership Projects.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in the CPG industryand/or related sales, category management, marketresearch. 
  • Master's degree is a plus. 
  • Prior experience withNielsenIQ(or similar) solutionspreferred in analytics space, including POS/Paneldata. 
  • Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating all NIQ data sources that are relevant to the client(s) - i.e. RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc. 
  • Curious person who likes building stories based on data to answer business questions. 
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides. 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English. 
  • Digital savvy & fast learner of concepts/ tools/ analyses 
  • Proficiency in utilizing Discover and helping diminish/eliminate client concerns & roadblocks in order to drive usage. 
  • Ability to coach others in data analyses and working with the NIQ tools.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $83,700 - $95,511. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
