Project Analyst - Directorate of Management and Administration

Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Status: Contingent upon contract award

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support the Directorate of Management and Administration with staff action support, tasker management, repository management, research, and document coordination in support of NGB Joint Staff and Office of the Chief NGB requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and support established electronic tasking processes.
  • Enter, track, route, update, and close taskers.
  • Package and distribute staffing documents.
  • Maintain document repositories and tasker records.
  • Conduct research to support tasker responses and staff actions.
  • Coordinate with NGB Joint Staff and Office of the Chief NGB personnel.
  • Monitor suspense dates and provide reminders for due and overdue actions.
  • Support document quality checks and final action tracking.
  • Maintain logs, reports, trackers, and continuity documentation.
  • Protect sensitive, controlled, and classified information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five years of relevant experience in project analysis, staff support, task management, administrative operations, or Government support.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and tracking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and short suspenses.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NGB, Joint Staff, DoD, Army, or Air Force staff processes.
  • Experience with ETS, ETMS2, CATMS, JSAP, TMT, or similar systems.
  • Experience with document repository or records support.
