As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of the property. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and addressing any guest or facility-related issues promptly.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and climbing.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Light work - exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 60 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
