Position Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment throughout the resort. This leadership role includes managing housekeeping staff, inspecting guest and employee areas, ordering supplies, and maintaining high cleanliness standards in line with resort expectations. A successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping team members. • Inspect guest areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and back-of-house facilities for cleanliness and presentation. • Train, schedule, and support housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality performance. • Maintain cleaning standards and safety procedures in alignment with resort policies. • Manage inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed. • Address guest concerns or requests related to cleanliness or maintenance promptly. • Communicate effectively with management and other departments to coordinate tasks and schedules. • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.

• Support team members with hands-on cleaning duties when necessary. • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
