Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering within the hotel or resort. This role ensures high-quality service, maintains budgetary goals, and leads a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service

• Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and culinary team

• Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to meet budgeted financial targets

• Train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to standards

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries to maintain quality and consistency

• Analyze sales and revenue reports and adjust operations to meet performance goals

• Coordinate special events, group functions, and holiday services with other departments

• Uphold brand standards and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in F&B management experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

• Strong knowledge of food safety and liquor regulations

• Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast, MICROS) and inventory software

• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
